As is seems to us, believe it or not, the reasons causing these problems are because the company does not have enough shovels. That’s ‘mind shovels’. Mind shovels are a breed of people who hold a simple task of ‘brain-storming’, infiltrating mindsets with ‘hunt and peg’ tactics. A task as this has an adverse effect on the bottom line of the company. Brainstorming gathers a meeting of the minds over a thinking session addressing challenges, varying perspectives, fostering creative abrasion, and intellectual conflict between diverse viewpoints producing energy that can then be channeled into new ideas.
